   Hello. I’m considering attending your hamfest as an ARRL representative of the Eastern PA Section. I’m presently that EPA STM, but on October 1st I’ll become the EPA Section Manager. I know you are part of the WPA Section.

   I’d like to get a table to set up a small display and to meet and talk to people. Many EPA ARRL members are going to attend.

   Is this a problem for you?

   I want to establish cooperation between EPA and WPA. Of course I will be representing the ARRL as part of the nation wide organization. Many changes are coming, especially with Emergecy Communications which will affect WPA, EPA, MD, WVA and all ARRL Sections.

   Have Tom Abernathy, K3RF, Atlantic Division Director or Riley Hollingsworth contacted you? Is WPA setting up a table.

   If there is going to be a table and representatives from WPA in attendence, I’d prefer to cooperate with them. If not I will represent the ARRL.

   I’ll also be representing ECARS and will try to have a banner and promotional material at the Hamfest.

   Starting at 3 PM almost every day I am a liaison to thr Eastern Area Net. Following that net, I will be on the 3rd Region Net and Eastern Pennsylvania Emergency Phone and Traffic Net. Occasionally, I go to the WPA Traffic Net with message I am unable to relay to WPA on the 3rd Region Net.

   I’m mentioning this because during afternoons you’ll have to leave voicemail and I’ll contact you between hets.
